it's made by UCM Cruiser kit's Spare Part! :lol:

Always nice to see people use their bits and bobs... Almost seem like it would fit as another light cruiser or maybe a destroyer. :D

Currently it's ridiculously armed, having be the armament of a Toulon and a Berlin!!! Once stats exist for destroyers, I'll reduce the armament, I was just having fun!
