Havana Destroyer , is it missing (L) on the torpedo?

as it is now the Havana can shoot an unlimited number of torps, is this intended?

for those of us who choose to opt out of the data collection thingie, what group is that ?

slightly ot: i would actually like some sort of artillery ship with unlimited torps, or with more than 3 and the ability to launch all
