Change the Vampire so it actually grasps the target and stays with it. If the target crashes the Vampire rolls to survive just like other units.

So Privateer Press did something amazing with the cards to their new minis game. The cards have a powerful global effect on top that you can play once per round that is similar to the stronger Command Card effects, while on the bottom of the card there’s a simple dice manipulation effect (add a die, reroll, auto-pass one save, etc.) that impacts a single roll which you can play any number of per turn. I feel like that would be an awesome way to do Command Cards

Having two ways to play command cards, one niche but powerful and the other more limited but universal would push the calculus on using the cards from “can I use this” to “Do I want to use this now?” I feel like it’d be a great way to get cards played more as opposed to mostly being cycled or hoarded while waiting for the stars to align.

I'm a PHR player and I don't see a problem with ferrum.
If I load up on those multipoint heavy expensive units I can't afford my supplemental AA.

UCM has lots of good air assets capitize on them.
I'm every game that I had good AA coverage as PHR
I was a bit thin on the ground.
