Hi there, I'd like to share my Banshee Scourge Battlecruiser, as I'd like to paint my Scourge army like marine animals, I was inspired on the Mantis Shrimp colors for my army, when I play with them I feel like they were predators in vibrant colors, attracting their victims before eating them :)

I hope you like it like I do:

Hey guys! So, this contest gave me the motivation to finally get around to do the detail work on my models. I'd have preferred not to practice on my brand new Perth Class Battlecruiser, but time was a luxury. So here it is, the UCMS Sunstar. I used the Citadel paints leadbelcher as a base, with the panel accents being done with Zandri Dust. Seems like a bit of an odd match, but I wanted to link my fleet with my dropzone vehicles, which will be desert themed. To be honest, I think I went a bit overboard with the wash, but the leadbelcher is so shiny, I got a little paranoid that it would be too light.

EDIT: Not sure why my images aren't showing up, so I'm using the /url tags instead of /img. Strange...

lovely battlecruisers in this thread! My Perth arrived today, so just a little bit to late. I do have an Avalon and an Atlantis painted up, but I really like the Perth/Johannesburg model!

This months winner is Big Mac for his expertly painted UCM Johannesburg Battlecruiser! Well done.

And the runner up is Bazzalisk for his striking PHR Battlecruiser!

Excellent work. Make sure to enter this months if you missed out!
