I really like all the dings and scratches you've taken the time to paint, it adds a lot of 'much-loved' character to the vehicles. And how the paint has worn to bare metal on the leading edges is really well painted, nice blending effect!

This is probably my favourite Resistance army paint job that I've seen. It comes together very nicely, with muted colours and fantastic detail.

Cheers,

Re: Meet La Resistance <Updated for Hellhog P2>

Hey all!

Been a while, and I have been working mostly on other paint projects (a lot of Infinity, some Dark Age, a dab of Heavy Gear) before cycling back to my resistance! While the Bus and Freeriders are slated sometimes soon, I got a bit done on the Hellhog.

One thing I did NOT expect was how huge the thing is! It's more massive than a Lifthawk! That's saying something.
I apparently also got the most prestine Hellhog from the shop, since it has no patches anywhere except on the tail section. This plane, 'Lucky Spade', was a fun experiment in freehanding shark faces. I think the Hellhogs really need that retro style to go with the resistance's deco look.

I have to say that's just amazing, I love the way you did the yellow on the bus.

Loving the battle buses, and the use of left over sprue for basing material ;)
