Phase 2 has been added!

Faster than I thought it would be to fix - update has been posted!

- Fixes the dynamic squads
- Hera can now take the Njord
- Removed a redundant 4-unit-option from the Skulltaker. There is now a 2, and a shared 4 (which can still be used for a single squad).

I bet the transport "logic" is becoming a nightmare - its not even very logical ;p

There's two skull taker variants to choose from on the transport list, 2 or 4.

I don't have the phase 2 book yet, but isn't the Falcon B's weapons supposed to be Alt-1?
