Huh. Different worlds. Would be interesting to cross-pollinate. These Mothership-and-Opal-wielding Tribes are pretty dominant here. Will be interesting to see how things shape up at the LVO. (Can you tell I'm excited to be going again this year?!?).

Apparently it's okay to just have your emeralds park in a debris field to impose lock penalties on anyone trying to shoot them. If you do station keeping you aren't moving or turning so no damage roll after the initial one moving in. (And even if that ruling doesn't hold up, you are still only looking at two shots per turn that you can soak with shields, meaning you can sit in the debris for rounds 2-5 without really sweating it unless your opponent manages a lucky shot.) Basically you get +2 ECM vs every other gun in the game for the low opportunity cost of taking two Lock 2+ shots a turn. Not to mention getting protection against bombers and torpedoes.
