DFC: can space stations score for Critical locations?

PostTue Apr 18, 2017 7:46 pm

Well if a player controls the station but no ships are in the CL 6" are, dose the controlibg player score VP?

If there is a enemy ship, is a medium space station counting as 5 tonnage SR value?

I guess no, but is there a Page in the rule book? Or is there one that allowes scoribg? ;-)

You need ships to control critical locations. Else you could argue that ground troops can score CL on clusters too.

Yes and the clarification in the parentheses only say that you can shoot at them. And the "etc" means that all other rules concerning shooting (spikes, scan) are in effect too. Scoring CL and tonnage is not part of shooting. And tonnage is not part of the stats of a space station either.

They have no tonnage value so even if they did score their value is 0 and so won't claim anything anyway.

Ok i take it, i prefere that they dont score... but i even now dont see it RAW but like it RAI!

ps.: well the thing, that the new errata 1.1 says you need to deploy in low orbit does not help and makes less sense to me.

but in addition that they are small, medium and big, instead of light, medium and heavy .... so sorry for my dump question but its better to ask isn't it
