Bump since they are no longer experimental.

I've added the points changes yesterday and the Admiral cost change jsust now. DFList should now be completely in sync with the rules changes again. Please let met knwo if it isn't.

So far my fleets have required me to manually adjust my admirals. Not too bad though.
