So, on Eden Prime the situation has developed. The admiralty has authorised a nuclear strike on the city of Star-Casablanca. That's all good and well for the UCM, especially the unfortunate tank crews assigned to the city, who'd be more than happy to see it blown to smithereens. However, what would the Resistance in the city think? They've been fighting for some time to liberate the city, and I can't imagine all of them feeling particularly happy about this development?
I want to see if anyone can write a short story of the point of view of a member of the Resistance fighting within Star-Casablanca. It can be any point of view. They could support the nuclear strike, or they could oppose it. What would they be thinking about the nuclear strike? How would they feel about what some might see as just abandoning the city? Could the subject cause an emotional division within the tightly-knit resistance groups?
